What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 jerseys — enough for a small club run — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the quantities a full club kit programme needs.

How fast will my kit arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished kit ships in about 2 weeks. Express turnaround is available when a season start or an event date is already fixed.

Why does the jersey look odd on a hanger?

Because it is cut for a rider bent over the bars — short at the front, long at the back, sleeves set forward. A jersey that hangs perfectly is usually the one that rides up at the back.

How should we size the club?

On the bike, with a sizing set, not standing up in a clubhouse. A jersey that feels right standing is normally a size too big for riding, and that is where most sizing complaints come from.

Why sublimation rather than printing?

Accepted Answer

Because sublimation puts the dye into the fibre and leaves no layer on the surface. A printed panel sits exactly where the rider sweats, stiffens over a seam and cracks with washing.

Why does the hem matter so much?

Three rear pockets loaded with a phone, a pump and food are a real weight. A soft hem lets the whole back drag down and the pockets bounce; an elasticated band with a silicone gripper carries it.

Can we reorder a single jersey later?

Yes. We hold the design, the colour build and your sizing on file as a programme, so one jersey for a rider who joins mid-season needs no new minimum and no new setup.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Kit design has to survive panel seams, a zip running through the middle of it and a rider curved over the bars. We lay artwork out on the actual pattern rather than on a flat rectangle.
